Disappointed

My sister and I have a joint acct & purchased this app because it would Bluetooth sync. After multiple tries, fixing things, turning things on & off & finally contacting the company, the app will not Bluetooth sync between us. That is the only reason we each bought it & now out the money of two downloads.
